Welcome to WPA

The Waterview Preservation (WPA) is an organization created by the residents of the Waterview Preservation area of Richardson, Texas, to promote communication and cohesiveness throughout the neighborhood. The Waterview Preservation Neighborhood Association brings together neighbors to preserve and enhance the quality of life in our community. We promote safety, an attractive appearance, a family atmosphere and community pride

    Pull out your best recipe for salsa, queso, guacamole, margaritas and/or sangria. Richardson Leaders judges will judge the contest. WPA will provide chips, water, pinata and other games to keep big and little kids entertained while adults mingle.

    Join your neighbors for our annual Labor Day celebration to recognize our American workers! The Hamburger Man will be catering again. The cost is $13 per adult and $10 per child per plate by Friday, 8/30/24, or $18 at the door for all. Please consider sponsoring a firefighter's meal.

    Join your neighbors for an evening to connect with each other and promote our police and community partnership. Bring chairs, appetizers or sweets to share, beverages for your family, and canned goods (peanut butter, cereal, jelly) for the Network of Community Ministries. WPA will provide pizzas.

    Fun for the whole family. Bundle up to go house to house singing carols. If we have bad weather, this event will move to another day. Meet at the fire pit at 1003 Blue Ridge Place. We will return for refreshments after visiting a few WPA homes.
